HI THERE!
My name is Simoné Schwartz.

I'm an Industrial Designer passionate about eco-awareness in product development, fabrication, manufacturing, engineering, and systems design, with aspirations to be a liaison between these fields.
I am of Argentinean, Mexican, and North American descent, with cultural influences from the Caribbean. I am also a polyglot and lover of language learning, with a varied command of 6 different languages. My work is influenced by my heritage, the languages I speak and their associated cultures, and the constant pursuit of mutual understanding across cultural divides. I specifically leverage my experience, spanning more than a decade, in dance, movement sciences, anthropology, and linguistics in the pursuit of designing for the user and their environment.
When I'm not designing, I am crafting (usually sewing), consuming film/media, cooking, or dancing - whether taking ballet via zoom or practicing for competitive ballroom with my partner, Cédric.
